Sessions available online or in our dedicated treatment room
Our Approach
We understand that many people have busy lives so we offer a flexible service, we can hold evening and weekend session as well as weekdays. We work both in our beautiful summerhouse therapy room near Canterbury and online via Zoom or WhatsApp. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
We are person-centred hypnotherapists. This means you will be treated with respect, kindness and empathy. We will work together, one to one, to create rapport and trust, to help you to make the life changes that you really want to make.
We use a variety of therapeutic methods; most are solution focussed. So the focus is on the present and the future. The aim being to help you to become the person you want to be.
For most issues we would normally recommend 4 to 6 sessions. Normally each session would last approx. one hour with a longer first session to allow for us to really understand your needs and goals.

My Story
My name is John Donelon, HPD MNCH (reg) I am a qualified hypnotherapist and a registered member of the National Council of Hypnotherapists; NCH. I have a long standing interest in different types of therapy and psychology. I have a B.Sc. in psychology and a qualification in counselling. I have worked in the mental health sector, in different capacities; assessor, manager and mentor, for many years, so I have a wide range of experience and understanding and of the pressures of work and life roles. Therefore I am able to fully empathise with the issues you bring.
I found the most rewarding aspect of my work was helping people to lead the most fulfilling lives that they could live. This is what drew me to hypnotherapy. It offers people the opportunity, in a relatively quick and inexpensive way, to make positive changes and reach goals that are important to them. It can help with, amongst other things; stopping smoking and vaping, weight loss, living free from anxiety, stress reduction, I love enabling people to become the person they want to be.
The only way to fully understand another person is to walk a mile in their shoes.
